My mom taught me to knit from a very young age--although my first projects were rather interesting--I have continued that interest and it is still one of my favorite hobbies. This blog is dedicated to a few of my recent projects and what's on the needles now!
Here is Katie in her Central Park Hoodie--she chose the bright red color. I was skeptical but it turned out pretty well I think!
This tossle hat is knitted of alpaca, merino wool and silk--it is super soft and super warm!

My mom knitted this purple sweater for Katie for Christmas--I think it is absolutely beautiful and Katie loves it too!

Here is Micah's v-neck sweater.

I just finished a couple of these for my little daycare girls.

I have two pregnant friends in our small group from church and these are for their little boys who are expected to make an arrival in March and May. This one is one of my favorite designs, I am planning on a Katie size hoodie before too long. It is made of merino wool and features a reversible cable edging, rolled cuff sleeves, provisional hem on the bottom, toggle buttons and tassled hood.

Josh's Nordic Star Tossle Hat, made of alpaca and wool--it is very soft, about as warm as you can get as far as fiber goes and also knit double thick. So maybe I went a little over the top with the three tassles on top, I just couldn't help myself! Grandma you'll notice the single crochet edging and tassles--I've never completely mastered crochet, but thanks to you I can manage some here and there!

Katie's purse that matches the sweater mom made her for Christmas. I made smaller coin purse versions of this for my mom, sisters, mother in law and sisters in law for Christmas. Katie likes the touch of bling!

Micah's Thomas hat. I made this one last year for Micah along with matching Thomas and Percy hats for my little daycare boys.

Your blog is fun! I enjoyed all the pictures. I had to show my friends here at work because they just don't see snow like that around here :).
Thanks for sending me the link to your blog! I always like seeing pics of your cute kids!
