Apple Harvest

It's apple pickin' time in Iowa!  Dad, Josh, the kids and I went pickin.  We came home with two bushels--just when I got one put away, our neighbor in Minnesota gave me another bushel from her tree!!  They are so yummy--any apple recipes out there?
